What we’re looking for from You

- Belief in your unique talent
- Passion in creating long-lasting relationships with team members and clients




- Ability to customize and prioritize clients’ needs through participative listening
- Motivation and willingness to learn and implement current and specialized techniques in line with industry standards and trends
- Drive to grow Style Creation Salon & Spa client base through education and promotion of services
- Strong desire to be a team player by upholding the cleanliness and operating standards of the Salon’s working environment
- Must be an excellent communicator, team player, and self-starter with the ability to take on managing multiple tasks within a shift
- Social Media experience is an asset
