Paid Well.

This role offers a base salary of $52,000 to $72,800 annually, based on experience and qualifications, and is also eligible for performance-based bonuses. The Role

This is a day-shift position scheduled Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Order Processing – 50%

- Fulfill parts orders using in-stock inventory

- Source and process orders through PDCs, vendors, dealerships, and suppliers

- Communicate ETA updates and arrival notifications to technicians and customers

- Learn and effectively use dealership systems, including Procede, CAT, Cummins, Paragon,



and other online platforms required to support customers and operations

Customer Service & Support – 40%

- Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and professionally

- Provide timely and efficient service to both internal and external customers

- Build solid working relationships with technicians, drivers, service advisors, and other departments

- Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Ad Hoc Duties – 10%

- Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized display areas

- Ensure pricing and merchandising are accurate and customer-ready

- Participate in training sessions and department meetings

- Process debit and credit transactions, product returns, refunds, and core credits

Education & Certifications

- High school diploma required

- Journeyman Parts Technician certification is considered an asset

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum two years of parts experience within the heavy equipment, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence

Nice to Have

- Journeyman Parts Technician certification

- Experience with Procede or a similar dealership business system

- Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, Paragon, or other parts lookup platforms

- Previous experience supporting technicians, service departments, or commercial fleet customers
