Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace through surveillance, monitoring, and enforcing security protocols. This role is essential in preventing theft, vandalism, and ensuring overall safety within the facility. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist visitors and staff by providing directions or information while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct loss prevention activities by observing customer behavior and preventing theft or misconduct.
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions or damages.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security protocols is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
