Bliss Experience Ambassador – Bliss Bakery & Bistro (West Kelowna)

At Bliss Bakery & Bistro, we're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and genuinely friendly individual to become our next Bliss Experience Ambassador at our flagship kitchen and take-out location in West Kelowna.

We're not looking for someone to serve coffee. We're looking for someone who can make people feel welcome.

This is much more than a cashier or coffee position. We are looking for someone who loves interacting with people and takes pride in creating memorable experiences. We want someone who can build relationships with our regular guests, warmly welcome newcomers, and help create the positive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Bliss Bakery & Bistro has proudly been voted Best Bakery in the Okanagan for 9 years, and we believe exceptional customer service is just as important as exceptional food.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Loves working with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Has a naturally positive, upbeat personality
- Enjoys coffee, great food, and a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest
- Is reliable, punctual, and enjoys being part of a team
- Has previous cash handling experience
- Barista experience is an asset, but not required

What You'll Be Doing:

- Greeting and serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism




- Preparing beautiful espresso beverages and coffee drinks
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Coordinating orders and supplies with our retail locations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting customer area
- Delivering the "Bliss Experience" that keeps guests coming back
- Becoming a familiar and welcoming face for our guests and regular customers

Position Details:

- Monday to Friday
- Typically 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Located on Stevens Road in West Kelowna
- Reliable transportation is required, as public transit service in the area is limited
