We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating company and delivering tires and rims within Essex County. This role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining excellent customer service, and upholding safety standards across all operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods or passengers according to scheduled routes and delivery timelines.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, often requiring heavy lifting, while adhering to safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules or issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction during deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times.




- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with route planning to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a focus on logistics or transportation services.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and handling cargo safely.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle type being operated. G class
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices in transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
