Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details efficiently
- Assist with sales processes, including upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills to recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish




- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and analysis

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
