Our busy Midas location in Mississauga is hiring a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join a stable, well-run shop. We keep a steady car count as an established national-brand location, so you spend your day turning hours not waiting for work. We run clean, well-lit bays with up-to-date diagnostic equipment and a front counter that communicates. No shop politics, no chaos, no fighting for cars.

Strong 4th-year apprentices ready to challenge the 310S exam are also encouraged to apply we actively support apprentice hours and licensing.

About The Role

As a technician at our shop, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on light passenger vehicles across a consistent mix of Midas service work. You'll be trusted to diagnose accurately, work efficiently, and produce quality repairs.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair brakes, exhaust, suspension, steering, and driveline systems
- Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, tire service and rotations, fluid and safety inspections
- Run electrical and electronic diagnostics using shop scan tools and equipment
- Interpret schematics, technical bulletins, and repair orders accurately
- Perform safety inspections and road-test vehicles using safe driving standards
- Communicate findings and additional repair needs clearly to service advisors
- Keep a clean, safe, organized bay and follow all shop safety and environmental standards





Qualifications

- 310S Automotive Service Technician licence (Ontario) or 4th-year apprentice ready to challenge the exam
- Your own set of hand tools
- reasonably clean Valid Ontario G driver's license and a abstract
- Solid diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player who works well with the front counter
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
