North Fort Security is actively recruiting experienced security supervisors for an upcoming construction site security contract in Ottawa.

About the Role
As a Security Supervisor you will provide active oversight of the security guard team on a high-profile federal construction site, ensuring post coverage, conduct compliance, and reporting standards are maintained at all times. Responsibilities include site checks, verification of post attendance, guard performance monitoring, shift handovers, badge issuance procedures, and support to guards during operations.

Requirements

- Valid PSISA Security Guard License (Ontario).
- Minimum 3 years of security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in a high-profile construction, government, or institutional security environment preferred.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance. Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Clean criminal record.
- Robust leadership,



communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with access control systems and digital reporting tools an asset.
- Steel-toed boots and ability to meet PPE requirements on an active construction site.

What to Expect
Successful candidates will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent confirming availability and commitment to join the North Fort Security team upon contract award, anticipated for late August 2026. Employment would commence November 2026.
