Join our energetic automotive team as a Service Advisor, where you'll be the friendly face guiding customers through their vehicle service experience. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information about vehicle needs and costs associated.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Support client's desires to maintain their vehicle's warranty and general safety.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Experience





- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is an asset, enabling effective communication with technicians and customers alike
- Proven customer service skills that demonstrate patience, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures enhances credibility and trust with customers

Pay: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
