Location: South Nanaimo, BC – Chase River / Cinnabar Valley (Vancouver Island)

We are a well-established horticultural distribution company with over 50 years in the industry, and we’re looking for a motivated, hard-working Warehouse Worker / Production Line Associate to join our team.

This role is not just about experience. We are hiring for attitude first.

We want a go-getter. Someone willing to work hard, learn, follow systems, and take pride in doing the job right every time. This position involves both warehouse operations and hands-on work on our liquid bottling production lines. If you bring the right mindset, we will train you.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick orders using pick tickets, handling product with care
- Receive inbound shipments accurately based on receiving documents
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Move, store, and organize product in designated warehouse locations
- Perform inventory counts and product rotation to maintain accuracy
- Work on the liquid bottling production line, including:
- Bottling plant operations
- Bottle labelling line operations
- Assist with production setup, cleanup, and changeovers as required
- Complete other warehouse and production duties as assigned
- Always follow company procedures, systems, quality standards, and safety rules

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work safely
- Experience with warehouse management systems or production equipment preferred
- Forklift, power pallet jack, order picker, or production line experience an asset

(Training provided)

- Experience with bottling, labelling, or packaging lines is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.75 per hour
