Janbson Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, creating online vehicle advertisements, photographing vehicles, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Create and manage vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, AutoTrader, and other online platforms.
Take high-quality photos and videos of vehicles for advertisements.
Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle display.
Meet monthly sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
-Requirements:
Must hold a valid AMVIC Salesperson Licence.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to create online advertisements and use social media and online marketplaces.
Ability to take professional photos and videos of vehicles.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to work schedules.
Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
Compensation
Commission-only position.
Earn a commission on every vehicle sold.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
