We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Gaucho Brazilian BBQ in Canmore. This is a great opportunity to be part of an authentic Brazilian barbecue experience and work in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen environment.

What you’ll do:

- Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation and plating.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Handle deliveries and put away supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team as needed to keep service running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required – we’re happy to train the right person.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
