- Very good English Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
- Must have overall 15+ years of experience in IT field, Minimum 4 years in Power Platform
Configure & Implement Center of Excellence (CoE) kit
- Deep functional knowledge for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Deep functional and technical knowledge for Power Platform – Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, Power Apps Portal, PCF Controls
- Experience in Solution Architecture for Business Requirements
- Designing, describing, and presenting Solutions that meet the client’s requirements and are built on Microsoft Power Platform, including Azure&M365;
- Solid working knowledge of System Integration
- Helping Business Analysts define functional and non-functional requirements
- Can work directly with Customer and Business Users to programme requirements & processes




- Preparing multiple design options that address customer needs and explain their pros and cons, including licensing nuances
- Participate in the design of best practices
- Implement Dev Ops for Power Platform
- Must have experience working with different teams – internal, business users and virtual
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Marketplace and AppSource
- Must have skill in presales, demo, solutions, RFI/RFP response
- Hire and Provide training to teammates, responsible of building and managing team of professionals.
- Mentoring development teams in order to ensure highest performance and quality
- Involvement in pre-sales and consultancy in order to understand the client’s business, technical challenges and their context
- Manage the R&D; team for developing relevant technologies and products
- Conduct events and workshops for Power Platform & Business Applications
- Should have cleared the Microsoft Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600
