Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our industrial maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair heavy transport trucks and trailers. as well as heavy equipment knowledge and experience.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct welding repairs on metal structures or parts as needed
- Assist with training or mentoring junior team members on maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance as a Heavy Duty Mechanic or similar role.




- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with diagnostic experience.
- Ability to analyze complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly and accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.
- Previous experience working with transport trucking equipment or heavy machinery is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
