Drifter is searching for two content creators to take part in our first-ever Press Pass: an 8-week travel and storytelling residency across Australia and New Zealand.

Apply with a friend, partner, colleague or creative collaborator and have the opportunity to travel across Drifter properties, capture authentic experiences and share the stories that make each destination unique.

Whether you're building your portfolio, breaking into the travel industry or looking for your next creative opportunity, Press Pass offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while exploring Australia and Current Zealand. We're looking for curious, creative people with a passion for travel who know how to bring places, people and experiences to life through words, photography, video or social content.

What's Included

- 8-week residency across Drifter
- Accommodation at Drifter properties




- Return flights (up to $4,000 combined)
- Inter-property travel covered
- $500 per week spending money (combined)

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and community engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, outgoing, and adaptable personality
- Passion for travel, adventure, and cultural exploration
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or event hosting is advantageous

To Apply, You Must

- Be 18+ years old
- Hold a valid passport or Working Visa and be eligible to travel to Australia and New Zealand
- Be available from 5 October 2026 to December 2026 for the full 8 x week adventure
