The purpose of this role is to make our clients feel special and build great relationships with them. They come to us because they want to have their best vision AND look and feel good in glasses. You will be the first smiling fact they will see when they walk in or call on the phone. They will place their trust in you to help select the right frames and lenses for their lifestyle and activities.

· Greeting them warmly and getting to know their needs and hopes for a current pair of glasses.

· Spending time to understand their lifestyle, activities and fashion preferences so that you can recommend the frames that best suit them.

· Recommending the frames and lenses that best suit their needs.

· Help them select the pairs that they will be happy with.

· Selecting the lenses and coating options that will maximize their comfort and experience.

The role is perfect for you if;





· Have a keen interest in delivering a WOW experience that only a premium independent optical can provide.

· Have an interest in style, fashion or design.

· Are truly interested in creating “clients for life”; people who trust you and always ask for you by name.

Expected qualifications;

· You have experience as an Optician or Optometric Assistant and have worked in a retail optical setting.

· You are interested in developing your skills to help clients select unique, fashionable eyewear that enhances their experience of wearing glasses.

We are Sight Care Optometry and Optical and we have one simple goal; provide our clients with the best eye care experience they ever had! Today we have two locations, and we intend to build a network of practices to bring our unique style of service to families in the GTA. We have the energy and the business know-how to make it happen.

Right now, we are seeking someone to be the face of Sight Care at our Midtown Toronto location near Yonge and Eglington. We will start you out with our Sunday shift, with the potential to take on other days as we grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
