Key Responsibilities:
- MANDATORY MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF QUALIFIED TIRE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE JOBS INDEPENDENTLY, WITHOUT SUPERVISION.
- Tire Installation & Removal: Remove, repair, install, and balance tires on various types of vehicles. Must be able to perform tire installations in a timely manner, accurately, and in accordance with all safety protocols and industry standards.
- Oil Change: Ability to perform oil change properly is mandatory.
- Inspection: Examine tires for wear and damage, advising customers on necessary repairs or replacements.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explaining tire-related issues and providing service recommendations.
- Tire Rotation & Balancing: Perform tire rotation and balancing to ensure even tire wear and proper vehicle handling.
- Tire Repair: Repair punctures or other tire-related issues following company and industry safety standards.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including shop tools and equipment.
- Documentation: Accurately document tire services, inspections, and repairs in the system.
- Extended health care may be available after 6 months of employment.
- Ability and knowledge of proper alignment procedures is considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
