Compensation

Compensation: Competitive split up to 70% (approximately $100/hour)

Your Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Total Wellness Rehab, you will:

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on each patient’s individual needs and goals
- Complete assessments and develop appropriate, patient-centred treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic massage for pain management, injury recovery, mobility concerns, stress reduction and general wellness
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients regarding home care, stretching, recovery and wellness strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming treatment environment
- Follow all CMTO standards,



infection-control procedures and professional requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and other clinic professionals when appropriate
- Help create a positive and comfortable experience that encourages patient retention and referrals

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Eligible to provide receipts for extended health insurance
- Professional, compassionate and dependable
- Confident in assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Skilled at communicating treatment recommendations and home-care instructions
- Comfortable building long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
- Committed to maintaining accurate clinical records
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Interested in growing their practice and developing a consistent patient schedule

New graduates who demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

Evening and weekend availability would be considered an asset. The schedule can be discussed based on the successful candidate’s availability and the clinic’s patient demand.
