We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Building Material Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales, and providing expert advice on lumber products and related materials. Communication skills, industry knowledge, previous experience, are strong assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and builders.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the lumber and construction industries.
- Provide product recommendations and technical expertise to customers regarding lumber and related building materials.
- Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and market conditions.




- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of lumber products, building materials, and construction practices.
- Proven experience in lumber sales or a similar role in the construction/building materials industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
