Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all operations
- Taking on the night business and ensuring closes are done with care and extra attention.
- Training new staff along with coaching the team on a daily basis.
- Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guests’ needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage daily operations, taking on bar operations and prep items.
- Foster a positive work setting by supervising team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all departments.
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate your team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions with guests and staff
