What You'll Do

- Welcome customers, visitors, and truck drivers.
- Answer phones and monitor shared email inboxes.
- Coordinate shipments with company and third-party carriers.
- Prepare Bills of Lading, packing slips, customs documents, and shipping paperwork.
- Verify freight costs and shipping accuracy.
- Schedule deliveries and communicate with customers and carriers.
- Support order fulfillment and the Customer Service team.
- Keep the office, shipping documentation, and logistics activities organized.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who:

Experience in customer service, logistics, administration, or manufacturing is preferred. Shipping or cross-border logistics experience is an asset but not required.
