Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Advisor to join our team. The Associate Advisor will support senior advisors in delivering exceptional client service, managing financial accounts, and conducting research to assist with financial planning. Duties

- Assist senior advisors in preparing financial plans, reports, and analyses for clients
- Conduct research on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Support cash management activities, including processing transactions and reconciling accounts
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Help with data entry, document preparation,



and administrative tasks related to client portfolios
- Engage in ongoing learning about financial services, accounting principles, and industry best practices
- Participate in client meetings alongside senior advisors to gain direct exposure to client interactions
- Contribute to team meetings by providing insights based on research and analysis

Qualifications

- Canadian Securities Licensed
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Eagerness to learn about financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations
- Prior experience or coursework in finance, economics, or related fields is advantageous but not required

Position is available for either Burnaby or Coquitlam office.

Pay: $35,700.00-$89,526.49 per year
