Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Silverware POS.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.




- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience, with a strong background in food / service industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
