Position Overview

Waiward Construction Management Inc. is gearing up for a busy construction season, and we are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Underground Water and Sewer Division.

We are hiring for the following positions:

- Main Line Hoe Operators
- Side Hoe Operators
- Wheel Loader Operators

Key Responsibilities

- Perform work related to underground water, sewer, and storm installations




- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfilling
- Follow directions from Supervisors and Foreman
- Maintain a strong commitment to job site safety and company procedures
- Work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience in Water and Sewer construction
- Ability to work in trenches and outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safe work procedures, including trench safety
- Relevant tickets are considered an asset:
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- Confined Space
- First Aid

- Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends as required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
