Roll-On Painting is Muskoka's go-to painting company for high-end lakefront cottages and custom homes — the kind of properties that end up on magazine covers. We've been featured on HGTV, we run our own lumber prefinishing shop, and we're growing. We need painters who take pride in their craft and want steady, quality work with a professional crew.
What You'll Be Doing
- Interior and exterior painting and solid stain work on premium cottages, homes, and outbuildings
- Surface prep done right: abrading, addressing flaking coatings, masking, and protection
- Spray, brush, and roll application — we'll sharpen your spray skills if you're ready to learn
- Working lakefront, multi-structure properties across Muskoka and cottage country
- Occasional shop work in our lumber prefinishing facility (machine-based spray system)
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of painting experience (or solid experience in a related trade)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence — our job sites are spread across cottage country
- Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and occasionally on docks and boats to reach lakeside structures
- Takes pride in clean lines, clean sites, and happy clients
- Shows up on time, every time
Nice to have (not required):
- Spray experience (airless or HVLP)
- Working at Heights certification
- Experience with stains and exterior wood finishes
