Property Maintenance and Repairs
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment regularly.
- Fix plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
- Manage waste, clean public areas, and handle groundskeeping.
Guest Services and Operations
- Welcome guests, check them in, and assign rooms.
- Answer questions and resolve complaints quickly.
- Restock room supplies and oversee cleaning tasks.
Safety and Security
- Monitor security cameras and lock facilities at night.
- Respond to urgent property or guest problems after hours.
- Ensure the building meets health and fire safety rules
Pay: From $38,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
