We are seeking an ambitious, eager-to-learn individual who aspires to a management role, demonstrates natural leadership, and is currently excelling among their sales peers.

Qualifications

- Valid OMVIC License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Consultant in an OEM automotive dealership (required)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record

Description of Duties

- Meet and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying and fulfilling customer needs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Promote and complete the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales targets




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads in a timely manner
