Part-Time (Approximately 2 Days per Week to Start)

The Skin Clinic @ Raintree Spa is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing clinical team.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in medical aesthetics who is confident conducting consultations, developing treatment plans, and performing a variety of advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.

This position is approximately two days per week to start, with the prospect to increase hours as the practice continues to grow.

About the Role

You'll work with clients seeking treatment for concerns including skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, redness, uneven texture, acne scarring, and overall skin rejuvenation.

You'll perform a range of advanced skin rejuvenation treatments including medical lasers, radiofrequency skin tightening, microneedling, and Healite II (LLLT) using technologies such as Cynosure Lutronic Xerf, Clarity II, and LaseMD Ultra.

Experience with our specific technologies is an asset. We will provide training on our equipment, treatment protocols and manufacturer certifications as required.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's concerns and goals.
- Perform advanced skin rejuvenation treatments safely and confidently.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, treatment intervals, and home care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to provide an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications Required





- Minimum two years of clinical experience in a medical aesthetics practice.
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills.
- Experience performing a variety of advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Experience with medical lasers, radiofrequency skin tightening, microneedling, pigmentation treatments, vascular treatments, and medical-grade skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation

- $27.00 per hour plus performance-based commission
- Ongoing clinical education and manufacturer training
- Opportunity for increased hours as the practice grows

Location

Our clinic is located in the Steveston neighbourhood in Richmond, BC.

Applicants should ensure that commuting to Steveston several days each week is practical for them over the long term.
