Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and transaction records
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling products or services where appropriate
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance
- Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
