- Manage the backlog, the tasks and the various activities of the development team
- Develop the project plan for the implementation of a business solution
- Possesses basic knowledge of application programming, database structure, systems design, business intelligence and systems interface
- Acts as an interface between business units, technology teams, training teams and support teams
- Participates on the project committees and workshops
