Franchise Owners Ottawa Ltd. is an inbound, at-home virtual call centre proudly supporting Pizza Pizza, Canada’s #1 pizza chain. Using the latest contact centre technology, we efficiently handle customer calls, process orders, and transmit details directly to local Pizza Pizza restaurants.

We are currently seeking energetic, career-minded, bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team.

Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, processing orders, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information. Successful candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and motivated to meet performance and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to all incoming calls in a positive and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide information and respond to general customer inquiries
- Listen, analyze, and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Support internal customers and follow company call-handling guidelines
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including:
- Call quality
- Attendance and punctuality
- Call handle time

Qualifications & Skills

- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Positive attitude with high energy
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and follow through
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales and performance goals
- Experience working remotely is considered an asset
- Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have:

- A computer with Genuine Windows 11
- High-speed internet connection
- USB headset
- 17” or larger monitor
