Job Title: Sports & Trading Card Shipping Associate (Office-Based)Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sports & Trading Card Shipping Associate to join our office team. This is not a warehouse position — the role is fully office-based and requires someone who already has good knowledge of sports cards, Pokémon cards, and trading card collectibles.

Responsibilities

- Pick, prepare, and package sports cards, Pokémon cards, and other trading cards for shipping
- Handle cards carefully to avoid damage (penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, etc.)
- Organize incoming and outgoing card orders
- Sort and label cards accurately based on player, team, set, grade, or category
- Assist with small office tasks related to card management
- Communicate with team members regarding orders and pickups
- Ensure all shipments are prepared correctly and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized office workspace (NO heavy lifting or warehouse work)

Requirements

- Knowledge of sports cards, Pokémon cards,



and trading card terminology is required

(rookie cards, parallels, grading, refractors, hollows, etc.)

- Good understanding of card conditions and how to handle collectibles properly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in a small office environment
- Basic computer skills (printing labels, tracking orders, etc.)
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks (sorting and packaging)

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

- Experience selling or collecting sports cards or Pokémon cards
- Familiarity with eBay, Whatnot, COMC, PSA, Beckett, or grading systems
- Experience with shipping software (Canada Post, UPS, ShipStation, etc.)

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
