Sycamore Centre and ThriftCo. are seeking a Fundraising & Marketing Manager to lead donor engagement, fundraising, grant development, and marketing efforts for our Christian charitable organization in Ingersoll, Ontario. This role works closely with leadership to grow financial sustainability and strengthen relationships with donors, churches, and community partners throughout the communities we serve.

Duties

- Develop and implement annual fundraising, donor stewardship, marketing, and communications strategies
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, churches, businesses, foundations, sponsors, and community organizations
- Manage initiatives for recurring giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and planned giving
- Research, prepare, and submit grant applications; maintain relationships with granting organizations
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate fundraising campaigns, donor appreciation initiatives, and special events
- Lead marketing and communications, including social media, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials




- Facilitate church presentations and speaking engagements to build partnerships and support
- Represent Sycamore Centre and ThriftCo. at community events, donor meetings, and public presentations
- Support marketing of ThriftCo.'s online sales and e-commerce initiatives
- Maintain donor records and fundraising data using Keela CRM
- Report on fundraising performance to leadership and the Board of Directors

Qualifications

- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit development, marketing, communications, PR, or event coordination
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with donors, churches, and community partners
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce
- Keela or similar CRM experience an asset
- Familiarity with Oxford County an asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
