We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and customer care.

Duties

- Provide a variety of esthetic services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and enhance their overall experience.




- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming environment that reflects hospitality standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
