Basic Requirements

- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Customer service experience
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Good computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office, email)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dealerships often operate during these times

Experience

- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is often preferred.
- Automotive sales experience is an advantage.

Licensing and Certification

- OMVIC certificate is an asset.

Pay: $36,391.22-$139,326.76 per year
