Quest Disposal & Recycling Inc. is hiring a skilled and safety-minded Class 3 Water & Vacuum Truck Operator to join our Fort Saskatchewan team.

In this role, you'll operate modern potable water and vacuum trucks servicing commercial, industrial, and construction sites throughout the region. This is a local, year-round position—you'll be home every night and part of a dependable, well-organized team that values safety, professionalism, and quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate Class 3 trucks including potable water and vacuum units
- Deliver potable water to tanks, trailers, wash cars, facilities, equipment, and customer job sites.
- Service septic tanks, wastewater holding tanks, and related infrastructure using vacuum equipment.
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Operate equipment in accordance with company SOPs, safe work practices, and customer site requirements.
- Complete ELD logs, work orders, and inspection reports accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional truck.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Class 3 driver's licence with Air Brake (Q) endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract (5 years)
- Experience operating water, vacuum, septic, or hydrovac trucks is an asset
- Physically fit and able to perform a hands-on job in all weather conditions




- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.
- Robust safety mindset and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Available to participate in a shared rotating weekend and statutory holiday schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
