Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires robust communication skills, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred ; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation when necessary and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Manage guest requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort,



and safety throughout service hours

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service and sushi restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of POS system （CLOVER), Micros POS experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous but not required
