Duties
- Monitor entry points and conduct security checks to verify age and identification
- Enforce venue rules and regulations to prevent disruptive behavior
- Manage crowd control during events, ensuring smooth flow of patrons
- Use surveillance equipment such as CCTV to observe activity within the premises
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, de-escalating conflicts when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services if required
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security issues or safety hazards
- Assist with loss prevention measures by observing for theft or suspicious activity
- Maintain detailed incident reports as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred
- Robust knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and any required training certifications
- Prior experience in loss prevention or crowd management is a plus
