Recognized as a Great Place to Work (2025) and Mercer Best Employer (2022–2024), we're powered by our people, our competitive spirit, and our drive to win as one team. Delivering an unparalleled customer experience and achieving our bold growth objectives requires an exceptional team of talented individuals. To rise to the occasion, we consistently over-deliver, embrace challenges with determination, and approach each day with a explicit purpose: to outperform yesterday and defy expectations.
What Sets You Apart
You don't just maintain systems; you make them work harder for the business.
You're energized by translating business needs into practical technology solutions, digging into data to find the story it's telling, and partnering with stakeholders to solve real problems. You have a strong eye for process and the confidence to recommend a better way, even when it means challenging the status quo.
You thrive in environments where ownership matters, systems are ever-evolving, and continuous improvement is part of the culture.
Specifically, you bring:
- A Systems Mindset – You understand how enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ATS) work together and know how to keep them running smoothly.
- An Ownership Mindset – You take accountability for system performance and data integrity, and proactively remove obstacles before they become problems.
- Strong Analytical Skills – You use Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel to turn raw data into dashboards and insights that drive better decisions.
- Trusted Partnership – You build credibility with stakeholders and vendors alike, providing honest recommendations and influencing outcomes with confidence.
- A Continuous Improvement Mindset – You're always looking for ways to automate, streamline, and improve how the business runs.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- 5–7 years of experience – supporting enterprise business applications, reporting,
or business systems, including hands-on administration of ERP, CRM, HRIS, ATS, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical fluency – with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and advanced Microsoft Excel — you're comfortable writing complex queries, joining multiple tables, and building dashboards from the ground up.
- Vendor and stakeholder experience – acting as the main point of contact between the business and external software vendors or managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring data integrity and optimized system configuration.
- A process improvement track record – identifying automation, AI, or technology-enabled opportunities that streamline operations and deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills – with the judgment to balance business needs against technical constraints and the discipline to document, govern, and standardize as you go.
- Excellent communication skills – with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, business-friendly language for stakeholders at every level.
- A Bachelor's degree – in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice-to-haves that will set you apart:
- Microsoft Power Platform / automation tools – familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar automation and AI technologies.
- Leadership potential – experience mentoring others or the desire to grow into a people-leadership capacity as the function scales.
- Strong business savvy – a commercial mindset that connects system and data decisions back to business outcomes.
