We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system for processing customer orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils
- Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Accurately perform basic math calculations




- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation

Requirements

- Previous barista experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
