Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to employee relations and HR operations.

Responsibilities

- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using our various CRM systems.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage advantages administration tasks utilizing Payworks.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, Alberta regulations, and workers' compensation policies through diligent data collection and policy updates.
- Support employee orientation, evaluation, training & development initiatives to foster professional growth and engagement.
- Manage employee relations issues with tact and professionalism,



facilitating conflict management and resolution strategies.
- Assist in organizational design and change management efforts aligned with strategic planning objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity across systems.

Experience

- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced organizational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of Alberta employment & labor law compliance standards.
- Experience with project management related to HR initiatives like succession planning or organization design is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills combined with administrative experience in handling contracts, data entry, and social media management related to employer branding efforts. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
