Job Overview

This is night shifts after 6pm for the 2 candidates, and one candidate is after 12am. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, well-organized, and hygienic, supporting the overall operations and comfort of our workspace. Your proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance will help foster a positive atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas




- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as scheduled or required

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing time efficiently
- Strong work ethic with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Good communication skills to report issues or supply needs clearly and promptly
