Job Summary

We are seeking dependable General Labour Associates for full-time temp-to-perm opportunities in a fast-paced distribution environment in Bolton, ON. This General Labour role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who enjoy active, hands-on work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire after 480 hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners.




- Build, wrap, and label skids and pallets for shipment.
- Use manual pallet jacks to move products and materials as required.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required warehouse documentation.
- Keep work areas clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties, including sweeping and general cleaning.
- Follow workplace instructions, safety procedures, and report any incidents or concerns immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $19.50 per hour.
- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-perm.

- Opportunity for permanent hire after 480 hours worked.
- Available day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 1 opening.
- Available afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, 1 opening.
- Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required with little notice.
