Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care settings. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered services, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and restore function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to achieve desired health outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and post-treatment care.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.




- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

- Proven experience working in hospital settings with a focus on acute care or rehabilitation environments.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment plans.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation efficiently.

This role is ideal for licensed physiotherapists committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Candidates should possess relevant hospital experience, acute care expertise, and a passion for improving patients' health outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
