Pickleball Court Attendant & Open Play Instructor

Responsible for overseeing daily pickleball court operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment while supporting player experience, court flow, and overall program delivery. Also responsible

Responsbilities

- Supervise and manage daily pickleball court operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all participants
- Coordinate court usage, manage player rotations, and oversee scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting players with inquiries, equipment needs, and basic game guidance
- Enforce facility rules and standards of conduct to maintain fair play and a positive atmosphere
- Set up and take down equipment including nets, paddles, and court dividers as required
- Monitor gameplay and address any conflicts or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Support program operations, including drop-ins, leagues, and special events

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, gameplay, and basic court etiquette
- Experience playing pickleball
- Friendly,



approachable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of participants
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to create a positive atmosphere
- Ability to manage groups and maintain organization during busy court times
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative when needed
- Comfortable handling minor conflicts or concerns in a professional manner
- Passion for sport, recreation, and creating a great participant experience

Wage & Details:

- Starting at $19.00 per hour
- Part time, flexible scheduling (evenings and weekends required)
- Opportunity for additional hours through leagues, events, and program support

- Training and onboarding provided
