About the Role

Oversee and maintain the assignment of uniforms, mending and discarding of resort linens.
Ensure all staff members are representative of a professional appearance.

What You’ll Do

- Opens Uniform Room, monitors and checks uniform room to ensure all items are

numbered and organized.
- Ensure all uniforms are properly distributed and associates who are claiming uniforms are

following policy and procedure.
- Organize uniform assignments for all new associates and explain procedures.

- Repairing, condemning, redistributing and inventorying uniform and uniform related items.

- Establish uniform inventories for all departments when needed.

- Maintain and repair all linen.

- Maintain and repair uniforms as required.

- Catalog and redistribute all condemned items for alternative use.

- Some stress resulting from daily guest interactions (internal and external), budgetary, and

time constraints.
- Perform all job-related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

- Seamstress, sewing skills.





- Ability to use a surger and embroidery machine.

- Previous experience using an industrial sized sewing machine.

- Re-upholstery experience is an asset.

- Excellent customer service skills with the internal and external guests.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Ability to solve practical problems when dealing with customers and maintaining a high

level of customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Fluent oral and written English.

- Being multi-lingual is an asset.

- Superior communication skills.

- Ability to be self-motivated and work alone to accomplish results.

- Adaptable to shifting priorities
