- Food Assembly: Build hand-crafted burritos, tacos, bowls, and quesadillas according to standardized recipes and specific customer preferences.
- Ingredient Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins (chicken, beef), preparing rice and beans, and making house-made salsas and guacamole.
- Kitchen Operations: Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as grills, rice cookers, warmers, and fryers.
- Quality Control: Ensure proper portioning, temperature control, and presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, following strict food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, and process payments
