What you will do:
Smartway is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Paris location. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workshop by managing work orders, purchase orders, inventory, and parts procurement. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain operational efficiency and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Location: Bradford, ON
Wage:
$50,000 - $58,000
You will be responsible for:
- Completing Work Orders
- Completing Purchase Orders
- Ordering of parts
- Data input (Safety dates)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) Collection and upkeep
- Inventory Tracking / Yard Check’s
- Filing of service sheets, safety paperwork, and lease agreements
- Coordinating trailer pickups and deliveries with customers
- Answering customer inquiries/communications as required
- Assisting Operations Manager in day-to-day responsibilities
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience with parts procurement and inventory an asset
