Seeking and individual with flexible hours (especially in the day time throughout the week). Transportation is a a must as we are not on a bus route.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling to ensure accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and cash reconciliation
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment within the fast-paced food industry

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
