Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Technical Writing expertise to support an Actuarial Transformation Program. This role will document future-state business processes, business and functional requirements, target operating models, and executive presentations. Working closely with Business SMEs, Actuaries, Architects, and Technology teams, you will translate complex business and technical concepts into explicit, implementation-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop Future-State Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process documentation.
- Create business process maps, BPMN diagrams, swim lanes, data flows, and system interaction diagrams.
- Produce executive presentations, steering committee materials, and decision papers.
- Collaborate with Business SMEs, Actuaries, Architects, Developers, and Project Managers.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution design.
- Maintain documentation standards, traceability, and governance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance,



or a related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise transformation projects.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills (BRDs, FRS, user stories, process documentation).
- Experience with business process modelling (BPMN), Lucidchart/Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Insurance, Actuarial, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data integration.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum.
